West Chester residents Tina and Rick Brogan have established the local franchise and look forward to bringing this innovative mosquito control solution to their area.

The Brogans, both natives of the region, bring a wealth of sales, management, marketing and entrepreneurial experience to their franchise. Both have developed, launched, and nurtured businesses at varying levels.
“Our background and skill set lend themselves to a service-based business,” Brogan said. “Once we were sold on the concept, I began evaluating all such services that I could find throughout the country. The quality and ongoing, innovative efforts of Mosquito Shield were clearly something we wanted to be a part of.”
